The company currently has two production bases in Shanghai and Anhui, mainly engaged in the design, production, sales, and service of food paper packaging and plastic packaging. The company has introduced Far East Machinery's SCTD1300-RS4 vertical flexographic printing and bag-making unit and SCTD1300-WX4 satellite paper-plastic tube-forming bag-making unit. The units feature a high degree of automation, advanced bag-making technology, reasonable equipment structure, and beautiful and sturdy tubular bags, making them ideal equipment for producing various types of packaging bags. The units adopt the most advanced ceramic printing rollers in China, with short printing plate distances, avoiding color differences in printing, significantly improving printing clarity and overprint accuracy. Colors from 2 to 6 can be printed. The units are equipped with advanced electrical systems and mechanical devices throughout the entire process, from substrate feeding, printing, punching, tube forming, film laminating, glue spraying, edge bonding, bag cutting, to conveying and stacking. The biggest highlight of the units is the fully mechanized film laminating and glue spraying, and paper and film changes without stopping the machine, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing waste loss.
The lamination section adopts Japanese NEW LONG mechanical technology. This machine has high efficiency, automated operation, low labor usage, and strong composite fastness, making it one of the most advanced machines in the bag-making industry.
To achieve automation, the company introduced Germany's WH fully automatic bottoming machine. This equipment features advanced technology, stable performance, low labor requirements, and high output, capable of producing various specifications and materials of open-mouth square bottom bags and valve square bottom bags. The product glue application is even, the square bottom shape is regular and perfect, and the bag surface is flat and beautiful, which can enhance the customer's product grade and is suitable for export use.
The sewing workshop is a fully enclosed QS workshop, with a shoe-changing and changing room, disinfection room, air shower room, etc. It is positioned at the high end and professionally provides food-grade packaging bags for food enterprises. Four of the most advanced fully automatic sewing equipment in China have been introduced, with some independent intellectual property rights. It can realize integrated, sewing, and can produce all kinds of packaging bags. It solves the problems of low efficiency of manual film wrapping and pollution of inner bags, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing pollution risks.
