Superabsorbent Polymer (SAP) is a functional polymer material with a three-dimensional network structure. Its molecules contain a large number of hydrophilic groups, enabling it to absorb several hundred times its own weight in water. This product is a white granular powder with extremely strong moisture absorption ability. When exposed to air, it quickly absorbs moisture, causing it to clump and lose its effectiveness.  

Superabsorbent resin, as a core functional material, is widely used in hygiene products (diapers, sanitary napkins), agricultural water retention agents, industrial waterproof materials, and other fields. In the production and packaging process, it needs to be carried out in a low humidity environment, requiring the packaging bag to have extremely high moisture resistance and sealing performance to ensure that the product remains dry during storage and transportation.  

We use multi-layer kraft paper bags with an inner film, employing a four-layer composite structure. The outer layer is made of high-strength kraft paper, while the inner layer is a thickened PE film with excellent moisture resistance. The hot-press sealing process ensures that the bag opening is tightly sealed, blocking air infiltration. Equipped with a dedicated filling port, it is suitable for automated production lines. The inner film undergoes anti-static treatment to prevent product adsorption.
