Titanium dioxide

The main component of titanium dioxide is titanium dioxide (TiO ₂), with a molecular formula of TiO ₂. It is an important inorganic chemical pigment that appears as a white powder with high coverage, whiteness, and strong coloring power.

Titanium dioxide, as an important white pigment, is widely used in industries such as coatings, plastics, inks, papermaking, and chemical fibers. In the packaging process, enterprises generally use automatic filling equipment, requiring packaging bags to have good sealing and strength, while ensuring dust control during the filling process.

We use square bottom valve pockets with high-density polyethylene film on the inner layer to form an effective moisture barrier. The square bottom structure stands firmly, making it easy to stack and store. The valve port design effectively controls dust, improves filling efficiency, and is equipped with a dedicated filling port, suitable for automatic filling production lines. The surface has undergone anti-static treatment, effectively reducing dust adsorption.
