Trehalose
Crystalline trehalose is a non reducing disaccharide composed of two glucose molecules connected by an α, α -1,1 glycosidic bond, with the molecular formula C ₁₂ H ₂ O ₁₁ · 2H ₂ O. This product is a white crystalline powder with a sweet taste and good thermal stability, but it is prone to moisture absorption and clumping in environments with humidity greater than 90%.
As a high-performance sweetener and stabilizer, crystalline trehalose is widely used in baked goods, candy chocolate, health products, and biologics. Enterprises generally adopt fully automatic valve filling lines, which have strict requirements for the opening and filling efficiency of packaging bags.
We use paper plastic composite square bottom open pockets, which adopt a composite structure. The outer layer is high-strength kraft paper, providing good mechanical strength, and the inner layer is food grade PE film, ensuring product safety. This packaging solution effectively prevents product moisture absorption and is compatible with high-speed automatic filling equipment, with a filling speed of up to 1200 bags per hour.
